My teaching style blends the structure and discipline of Ashtanga with the fluidity and expression of Hatha Vinyasa to create strong, mindful classes that balance movement, breath, and focus.

The Witness is inspired by a core concept in yogic philosophy - the "witness consciousness". Yoga invites us to step into the role of the observer—to witness thoughts, emotions, and sensations as they arise, without judgement or attachment.

The challenge is learning to accept reality as it is. In yoga, a key way to do this is through something called “witness consciousness”—being aware of your experience without reacting to it. Since craving and avoidance are what tend to cause suffering, this kind of awareness helps free us from being controlled by them.

There are six main qualities of this “witness” state.
